Digital Products: Most items provided by Stretch And Rise LLC (such as gift cards or digital content) are delivered via email immediately upon payment confirmation.

Fulfillment Time: Digital codes are usually sent within 5–10 minutes. Please check your "Spam" folder if you do not see your delivery.

Physical Shipping (If Applicable)

Processing Time: Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

Estimated Delivery: * France: 2–5 business days.

International: 7–14 business days.

Tracking and Accuracy

For physical goods, a tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping and email addresses are correct; Stretch And Rise LLC is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
