3. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital gift cards and instantly accessible content, all digital sales are final. Once a code has been sent to your email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Consent to Performance: By completing your purchase for a digital item, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers - Physical Goods)

For physical products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

5. Fraud Prevention

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we may hold orders for manual verification. If an order is flagged as high-risk, we reserve the right to request further information or cancel the transaction.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Stretch And Rise LLC is a reseller/provider of services. We are not responsible for the performance or technical failures of third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Steam) whose gift cards may be sold in our store.
